Recommended Use
For temporary relief of aches and pains associated with tendons and ligaments
Dosing – massage cream onto affected heel(s) 2–3 times daily. For best results, use along with a Health-Wellness-Car-e plan (e.G. Rest, calf stretches, heel cushions, and/or orthotics). Several days to weeks of application may be needed to see results, depending on the extent of the heel condition.
Cautions
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If this happens, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use on broken skin or open wounds. Please consult with your doctor prior to use: if under 12 years old, if pregnant or breast-feeding or if you have diabetes. Discontinue use and consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner right away if you experience pain, swelling or blistering or if hypersensitivity occurs such as rash or irritation or if condition worsens.
