Directions for use
Adults: 2 tea bag(s), 1 time per day. Steep 2 tea bags in 250 ml (1 cup) of boiling water for 5 minutes.

Do not use this product if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Do not use this product if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder. Do not use if you are pregnant. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. May cause digestive problems. For occasional use only. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4-6 weeks.
