Whole Earth & Sea Women’s 50+ Multivitamin & Mineral from Natural Factors is formulated to provide meaningful amounts of over 20 whole food-sourced vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients to meet the nutritional needs of women over the age of 50. Each two-tablet serving includes alpha-lipoic acid for antioxidant and nerve health, along with higher amounts of vitamin C and thiamin. Our formula also features Farm Fresh Factors ingredients sourced from raw plants, whole sea vegetables, cruciferous sprouts, fruits, and herbs, many of which are grown on Natural Factors' certified organic, non-GMO farms. The plants are hand-harvested and raw processed using our proprietary EnviroSimplex technology, yielding an enzymatically active, concentrated biomass of bioenergetic vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and phytonutrients. Recommended use

Recommended adult dose
2 tablets daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
