Restore your natural sleep-wake cycle
Melatonin is a hormone that helps maintain the body’s circadian rhythm, our internal clock that affects sleep, hormones, and other body functions. Taking melatonin can reduce the time it takes you to fall asleep, as well as improve the duration and quality of your sleep. It’s a great option for shift work, jet lag, or those who have trouble sleeping in general.
