Ingredients
1 package of Watkins Organic Gourmet Seasoning Mix
2.5-3 lbs. boneless chuck or rump roast, trimmed
5 cups cut-up fresh vegetables such as carrots, onions, potatoes and celery
1 cup water
Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 275°F.
2. Place roast and vegetables in an oven safe pot or Dutch oven.
3. Mix gourmet seasoning and water until blended. Pour over roast and vegetables and cover.
4. Cook in oven for 4-5 hours, check occasionally for tenderness and ensure meat is cooked through.
For a half-recipe, use 1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. of gourmet seasoning and half of all other ingredients, reduce cooking time to 3-4 hours

Ingredients
1 package of Watkins Organic Gourmet Seasoning Mix
2.5-3 lbs. boneless chuck or rump roast, trimmed
5 cups cut-up fresh vegetables such as carrots, onions, potatoes and celery
1 cup water
Cooking Instructions
1. Place vegetables and roast into slow cooker.
2. Stir gourmet seasoning and water, pour over beef and vegetables. Toss and cover.
3. Cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Stir once cooking complete.
