Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Makes 10 Servings


1 package of Watkins Organic Gourmet Seasoning Mix
2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey
2 eggs, lightly beaten
½ cup milk
¼ cup dry bread crumbs or 2 slices of bread crumbled
½ cup tomato ketchup (optional)

Cooking Instructions

1.    Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except ketchup, until well blended
3.    Shape into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup if desired.
4.    Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.


Use step 1 and 2 from above instructions. Roll meat mixture into ¼ cup size meatballs. Place on lined sheet pan and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through. Yields about 18-20 meatballs. Serve with Watkins Organic Gravy Seasoning Mix or tomato sauce.
