This is my go-to vegan protein. I usually buy the vanilla because I find it so versatile. When I was doing long distance running, I found this protein helpful in muscle recovery. No chalky texture like other vegan proteins either.

I love Vega because it doesn't have whey, which I found sometimes made me feel bloated and heavy. This flavour is really yummy and works out to a good consistency when you follow their directions. I find it mixes better with almond milk than dairy.

I have been using the sport powder for years. I find the new formula to be thicker. You need to add more liquid. It still tastes good and curbs hunger I find when you get the full portion.

This powder is one of the highest qualities on the market. It dissolves more easily compared to other brands and contains a proper ratio of amino acids. It tastes great and can be mixed with just about anything. The only downside to this powder is it is high in sodium, and it is very expensive. I feel it is about 25% overvalued and should be around roughly 39.99 - 42.99 per container.

I love this protein powder! It has helped me recover from my workouts and I really like the taste and texture (although I know it isn't to everyone's tastes...if you are not a fan of vegan protein powders you may not like this one). I mainly use this for recipes (i.e. protein "balls" and bars) rather than smoothies, so the thick texture works well for me. I have always loved this product but it is very expensive in health food stores. Healthy Planet Canada always has the best prices, I will never purchase this anywhere else.
