I stopped drinking coffee several months ago to help with my skin and hormonal balance. While this has been great for me, I will admit it has been difficult at times to face my morning CrossFit workout without a little boost. Vega's Pre-Workout Energizer is just right, providing me with positive, clear, focused energy without any jitters, caffeine-crash or negative side-effects whatsoever. Not only does it sustain me for my workout but also seems to last into a good part of the day, allowing me to get stuff done. The Acai Berry flavour is my favourite - yes, it may be a little grainy but if you shake it up well and don't mix it with too much water it's delicious!

i love it for the performance aspect, does what it says it will do. However, it does not dissolve in cold water as crystals still are in the glass. I have to use warm water to make them dissolve.

When I mixed it with my water, it did not dissolve completely. There were chunks floating at the top, and I stirred it for a long time. This made it look really unappetizing.. The taste was okay but I could only handle half a cup then I had to throw the rest away because it started to make me gag.
