Ingredients
Organic Turmeric (41%), Organic Ginger, Organic Tulsi (21%), Organic Peppermint, Organic Nutmeg, Organic Clove.
Direction to use
Use 200ml (7oz) of rich water, running stream or RO filtered.
Heat water to 80°-90°C (176°-194°F).
Take 1 tea bag and steep for 3-5 minutes.
Condiments
Add sugar or honey as per taste.
Best consumed plain, without milk
