Green tea (pronounced lu cha) is one of the oldest beverages in history. Over 4,000 years ago, monks drank it to stay awake during long hours of meditation. Today, tea drinkers and health-conscious consumers around the world are rediscovering the benefits of this revitalizing ancient drink, often considered one of the healthiest beverages on Earth. This green tea (Camellia sinensis) starts as young, tender leaf buds, plucked fresh at the peak of potency and flavor. Each leaf is simply steamed, rolled, and gently flash-dried to preserve its delicate flavor and aroma. For added enjoyment, the flavor of jasmine flowers, one of the most popular tea additives, is infused, creating a delicious cup of Jasmine Green Tea.

Brewing Instructions
Hot Serving: Just before water comes to a full boil, pour over the tea bag and brew for 3 to 5 minutes, or to desired strength. Add desired sweetener to taste.
Iced Serving: Follow directions for Hot Serving, then slowly pour into a tall, ice-filled glass or heat-resistant plastic container. Add a slice of orange or lemon. Chill to desired icy temperature and serve.
