Recommended Purpose
A factor in the maintenance of good health. Yin Yang Huo is used in traditional Chinese medicine for patterns of kidney yang deficiency with symptoms such as spermatorrhea, soreness, and weakness of the lower back and knees. Epimedium grandiflorum is used in herbal medicine as an aphrodisiac.
Recommended Adult Dose
1 capsule 3 times daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
