Methyl B12 + Folic Acid
Methyl B12, like other B vitamins, is water-soluble and acts as a coenzyme involved in synthesizing the essential amino acid methionine. In the body, Vitamin B12 is crucial for regulating and forming red blood cells and aids in iron utilization. It helps convert carbohydrates into fat and is necessary for red blood cell formation. Vitamin B12 is mostly absent from fruits, vegetables, and grains.
Folic acid is essential for the synthesis of DNA and RNA and is vital for red blood cell formation, protein metabolism, reproduction, and development.
