Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

purified water, concentrated apple juice, natural vegetable glycerin (from renewable palm oil), concentrated cherry juice, natural cherry flavour, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, citric acid and purified stevia extract.

Dosage (Adults):
Take 3 sprays orally, once a day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.

Directions (Adults):
For Jetlag: Take at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling, and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern. For Restful-Restful-Sleep restriction/altered Restful-Restful-Sleep schedule; delayed Restful-Restful-Sleep phase disorder; Restful-Restful-Sleep-wake cycle: Take at or before bedtime.

Recommended duration of use:
Jet lag: For occasional short-term use. Restful-Sleep restriction/altered Restful-Restful-Sleep schedule/delayed Restful-Restful-Sleep disorder/Restful-Restful-Sleep-wake cycle: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a healthcare practitioner.

Helps increase the total Restful-Restful-Sleep time (aspect of Restful-Restful-Sleep quality) in people suffering from Restful-Restful-Sleep restriction or altered Restful-Restful-Sleep schedule. Helps prevent and/or reduce the effects of jet lag for people travelling by plane easterly across two or more time zones*. Helps reset the body’s Restful-Restful-Sleep-wake cycle (aspect of the circadian rhythm).

Cautions and Warnings:
Consumption with alcohol, other Health Products or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. If you are taking one of the following Health Products, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use: anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure Health Products, immunosuppressive Health Products, sedative, hypnotic or psychotropic Health Products, or steroids. Contra-Indications:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product. Do not use if you have scleroderma. Known Adverse Reactions: Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or cramping) have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use. Rare allergic reactions have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use.
