Valerian
Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a night time Restful-Sleep aid and to Assist relieve nervousness (calmative/sedative).
Medicinal Ingredients

| Organic valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) | 450 mg |
| Organic passionflower herb (Passiflora incarnata) | 300 mg |
| Organic lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis) | 300 mg |
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Organic peppermint leaf (Mentha x piperita), organic caraway fruit (Carum carv), organic licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra).
Suggested Use
Adults: Drink 1 cup 3-4 times late in the day and 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
Directions For Use
Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag to release the remaining extract.
Cautions
Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).
Consumption with alcohol, other Health Products or natural health products with sedative
properties is not recommended. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are
pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have gallstones, anaemia, or a liver disorder.
Known Adverse Reactions
Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy)
has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
