Recommended Use or Purpose

Helps reduce the time it takes to fall aRestful-Sleep (Restful-Sleep onset latency aspect of Restful-Sleep quality) in people with delayed Restful-Sleep-phase syndrome. Helps reset the body's Restful-Sleep-wake cycle (aspect of the circadian rhythm). 

Recommended Dose

(Adults): Take 1-2 capsules daily at or before bedtime or as recommended by a health professional. Consult a health professional for use beyond 4 weeks.

Consult your health professional prior to use if you have a Hormone Balance disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, depression and/or hypertension or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic medications.
