Ingredients: Rice, Corn Starch, Water, Tapioca Starch.
Cooking: Bring large pot of water to boil. Remove from heat. Add Thai Kitchen Stir-Fry Rice Noodles; let stand 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Soak until noodles are soft but firm. Drain well and immediately toss with your favorite sauce, dressing, Thai curry, or add to your favorite soup just before serving.
Tip: If you do not use noodles immediately after softening, cover noodles with plastic wrap or let stand soaking in cold water until ready to use. If noodles become sticky, simply rinse gently with warm water to separate.
