Synergenex Ephedrine is an alkaloid derived from various plants in the genus Ephedra. Ephedrine is a sympathomimetic amine similar in structure to the synthetic derivatives methamphetamine and amphetamine.
Ephedrine is commonly used as concentration aid, a stimulant, appetite suppressant, decongestant and to treat hypotension associated with regional anaesthesia.
Combination of ephedrine and caffeine in the correct ratios is very effective in fat burning. Ephedrine (with caffeine) works very well for fat burning.
Ephedrine + caffeine combination promotes fat loss and preserves fat-free mass. The compound also possesses repartitioning properties, which may be useful in the treatment of obesity.
The clinical studies have shown that optimal Caffeine to Ephedrine ratio for fat loss is 10:1. The vast majority of studies have used 20 mg of ephedrine and 200 mg of caffeine 3 times a day for total daily dose of 60 mg Ephedrine and 600 mg of Caffeine.

Suggested Use
Adults: take 1 tablet every 6-8 hours. Gradually increase dosage over several days, only if needed. Do not exceed 4 tablets daily.
