Medicinal Ingredients
Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum, leaf), Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus, root), Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea, root and rhizome), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, root), Oat (Avena sativa, seed), Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis, fruit).
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Hypromellose (vegicap), Magnesium stearate.
Dosage
Adults Take 1 capsule 3 times daily on an empty stomach.
Cautions And Warnings

Contraindications
Do not use if you are pregnant; if you have high blood pressure, bipolar disorder, or bipolar spectrum disorder. Consumption with alcohol or other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
