This Menstrual Tonic is a tincture formula that provides a woman with Aid for conditions that may occur throughout her menstrual cycle. Used in Herbal Medicine as a uterine tonic; to Assist relieve the pain associated with menstruation.
Use Menstrual Tonic if you’re a woman and need to address key symptomatic issues related to menstruation, including premenstrual irritability, depression, bloating, as well as painful periods.
Medicinal Ingredients
Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis, root), Rehmannia (Rehmannia glutinosa, root), Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa, root), Lady’s Mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris, top), Blue Cohosh (Caulophyllum thalictroides, root), Wild Yam (Dioscorea villosa, root), Ginger (Zingiber officinale, root)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Distilled water, Certified Organic alcohol.
Dosage
Adults: Take 1-2 mL (30-60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
Cautions And Warnings
Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner before use: if you are taking birth control pills; if you are taking blood thinners/anticoagulants; if you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT); if you have family history of cancer; if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble. If menstruation is delayed or absent, or if you experience increased menstrual bleeding time, discontinue use and consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV), or UV therapy. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
Contraindications
Do not use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or are planning to conceive/become pregnant; if you have allergy/hypersensitivity to members of the Apiaceae/Umbelliferae family (anise, caraway, carrot, celery, dill, parsley); if you have diarrhea or haemorraghic diseases; if you have hypermenorrheoea/profuse menstrual flow/heavy periods.
Known Adverse Reactions
Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. If you experience breast pain, discomfort, and/or tenderness, discontinue use and consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner.
