5:1 Powder Extract
Rich in saponins and a type of fibre called mucilage, fenugreek has been used from time immemorial to increase milk supply in breastfeeding mothers. It also contains minerals and vitamins like thiamin, folic acid, riboflavin, niacin, vitamins A6, B6, and C, not to mention an abundance of vitamin K. Medicinal Ingredients
500 mg per capsule. A 5:1 concentration, each capsule contains 425 mg of dried Certified Organic Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum, seed) equivalent to 2125 mg and 75 mg of dried Certified Organic Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus, herb tops) equivalent to 375 mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Hypromellose (vegicap), certified organic maltodextrin - Alcohol free.
Dosage
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily on an empty stomach.
