California Poppy
Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a mild sedative, Restful-Sleep aid, and analgesic.
Medicinal Ingredient
Certified Organic California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica, tops)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Distilled water, certified organic alcohol.
Dosage
Adults: Take 0.3-1.2 mL (10-40 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. If using California Poppy primarily as a Restful-Restful-Sleep aid, the full daily dose of 0.9-3.6 mL (30-120 drops) can be taken from 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take an additional dose of 0.9-3.6 mL earlier in the evening if necessary.
Cautions And Warnings
Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner: if Restful-Restful-Sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia); if symptoms worsen or persist; before use if you are breastfeeding. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness and/or with analgesic properties.
Contraindications
Do not use if you are pregnant.

Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
