This Blessed Thistle Tincture is an excellent digestive tonic and bitter. Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a digestive tonic and bitter to increase appetite and aid digestion (stomachic), to help relieve dyspepsia, and as an expectorant to help relieve cold symptoms such as excessive catarrh.

Certified Organic Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus, tops)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Distilled water, Certified Organic alcohol, Certified Organic vegetable glycerine.
Directions & Cautions
Dosage
Adults: Take 2.4-4.8 mL (72-144 drops) in a little water before meals, 3 times daily.
Cautions and Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist or before use if you are breastfeeding.
Contraindications
Do not use if you are pregnant or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.
