Sproos® Performance Multi-Collagen is a highly soluble, digestible and bioavailable source of three types of collagen (I, II & III). The balanced blend of grass-fed bovine, wild-caught marine and cage-free chicken bone broth collagen provides whole body support and recovery from training and injury.

Recommended Purpose
To help with the formation of collagen for the maintenance of good health.
Directions
Add one scoop to your favourite hot or cold beverage and mix until fully dissolved. A great addition to your daily coffee, smoothie or shake.
