Anthrone-C-glycosides are considered typical of aloe bitters and are represented by aloin A and B, and are mainly responsible for the bitter and purgative properties.

Recommended Use
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been used as a stimulant laxative in occasional constipation.
Duration of Use
It is not recommended for prolonged use.
Recommended Dose
Adults up to 3 capsule(s) one time a day. For occasional constipation take it as a single dose at bedtime.
