Take 4 scoops of Creatine HCL daily. (Take 1 scoop 4 times a day.) Mix 1 scoop of Creatine HOL powder with 125-150 mL (4-5 oz) of water immediately before consumption. Take separately from products containing catere eg, coffee, cola, etc.).
