Suggested Use
Consume 1 tbsp (15g) in water or a straight shot first thing in the morning for all-day energy and Weight Manager effects. In capsule form, take 2 capsules with breakfast and 1 with lunch.
If training in the morning you can take 2 on an empty stomach for workout energy and better fat-burning effect during exercise. Take 1 with lunch.
Take 3 per day during the first and or the second month. Following month take 2 per day. The maintenance dose is 1 per day thereafter.
