Valerian Juice
Valerian is an herb that boosts GABA in the brain, which acts a ‘stop button’ to reduce feelings of stress and calm the nervous system2. Valerian also slows down the degradation of GABA to improve Restful-Sleep quality and duration.
Valerian Juice is made from organic, fresh valerian herb and root tips, and does not contain any additives, flavours, or preservatives. Valerian Juice promotes relaxation of the body and mind, allowing us to achieve restorative Restful-Sleep.

Medicinal Ingredients
Each 1/4 measuring capful (5 mL) contains:

Suggested Use
Shake bottle well before use.
Adults: ¼ measuring cap (5 mL) 1-2 times daily, or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Take a single dose (¼ measuring cap/5 mL) 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take an earlier dose (¼ measuring cap/5 mL) a couple of hours prior to bedtime if necessary. Do not take more than ½ measuring capful/10 mL per day.

Cautions
Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consumption with alcohol, other Health Products or natural health pro- ducts with sedative properties is not recommended.
