Note: The reward points program has been updated as of 27th September 2022. Customers will now be able to earn 1 reward point for every $1 spent. It will take up to 72 hours for the points to reflect on your account after the order has been shipped from our warehouse.
The 'Healthy Points' Reward Points Program allows you to earn points for certain actions you take on the site. Points are awarded based on making purchases. Healthy points can only be redeemed at our online store and in-store.

Once you register you will be able to earn and accrue Healthy Points, which are then redeemable at the time of purchase towards the cost of your order. Rewards are an added bonus to your shopping experience on the site and are just one of the ways we thank you for being a loyal customer.
Earning Healthy Points
Rewards can currently be earned for the following actions:
- Making purchases — every time you make a purchase you earn Healthy Points based on the price of products purchased and these points are added to your Healthy Points balance. 1 Healthy Point for $1 spent at our online store.
Healthy Points Exchange Rates
Current exchange rates: Each 500 Healthy Points can be redeemed for $5.00. Each $1.00 spent will earn 1 Healthy Point*.
Redeeming Healthy Points
You can redeem your Healthy Points at the online checkout or in-store. If you have accumulated enough Healthy Points to redeem, you will have the option of using Healthy Points as one of the payment methods. The option to use Healthy Points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent of this balance, will be shown to you in the “payment method” screen of the online checkout or upon check-out in-store provided you have logged into your account ahead of the purchase. Redeemable Healthy Points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards, and more. In the event that you forget to use your Healthy Points at the time of checkout, whether in-store or online, Healthy Points cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases, however your Healthy Points will be waiting for you the next time you shop with us.

Managing My Healthy Points
You have the ability to view and manage your Healthy Points through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total health points (and currency equivalent), the minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum healthy points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed, and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding healthy points, including expiration notifications.
