Suggested Use
One to two capsules, 1-2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare provider. Discontinue use or reduce dosage in the event of diarrhea or watery stool. Do not exceed recommended amount.
High doses of 5-HTP is contraindicated with SSRIs and MAO inhibitors.
