Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Direction
Adults 18+ years: Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Mix ½ scoop in 1-2 cups of water immediately before consumption, 45-90 minutes before workouts. Read and follow warning before using.
Cautions
For occasional use only. High caffeine content. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children or persons sensitive to caffeine. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are also of childbearing age; have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or overactive bladder syndrome; are taking blood thinners. Avoid taking with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure. This product is not intended as a substitute for Restful-Restful-Sleep. Caffeine can reduce blood flow to the during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. Known Adverse Reactions
