Crafted with hypoallergenic, vegetarian ingredients, the Thyroid Support Complex is designed to support healthy thyroid gland function. Iodine, absorbed by the thyroid gland, aids in the formation of triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4) hormones. l-Tyrosine plays a crucial role in thyroid hormone synthesis. Maintaining healthy selenium levels is associated with promoting healthy thyroid cell metabolism and thyroid hormone function. Selenium, a powerful antioxidant, works with vitamin C and curcuminoids to neutralize free radicals, including those affecting iodothyronine 5’-monodeiodinase enzyme activity, which is essential for converting T4 to the more active T3 hormone. Additionally, the complex contains standardized extracts from forskohlii, guggul, and ashwagandha, herbs traditionally used for their beneficial properties.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, adults take 2 capsules daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
