l-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body. l-Glutamine provides support for muscle repair following exercise by promoting muscle function and glycogen replenishment. In addition, its effects on immune function, which include regulating immune cell proliferation, cytokine activity and phagocytosis, may support post exercise recovery and resistance.
