HM Complex is designed to Aid antioxidant defence, while promoting healthy liver and immune function. A blend of ingredients, including chlorella, lipoic acid, N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC), selenium and vitamin C, scavenges free radicals. These antioxidants may also Assist regulate oxidative stress induced by heavy metals – such as mercury, arsenic, cadmium, lead and tin – that results from common, mild environmental exposure. In addition, NAC provides important Aid for the liver by enhancing glutathione concentration. Similarly, l-methionine, an essential amino acid, Aids glutathione production and encourages healthy liver function, including phase II detoxification pathways. HM Complex also contains modified citrus pectin and zinc. The unique characteristic of modified citrus pectin is that it has a low molecular weight, which allows it to easily pass through the intestinal barrier. Zinc is essential for a wide range of physiological functions and is part of a cysteine-rich metal-binding protein. By promoting healthy neutrophil, natural killer cell, and T-lymphocyte function, zinc plays an important role in Aiding the body’s defence system.

Medicinal Ingredients (per capsule): Zinc (zinc citrate) 3.3 mg, Selenium (selenomethionine) 33.3 mcg, PectaSol-C® Modified citrus pectin 333.3 mg, Chlorella (Chlorella pyrenoidosa) Broken cell wall 100 mg, Broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica) Sprout 83.3 mg (standardized to contain 333.3 mcg of sulforaphane), N-Acetyl-L-cysteine (free-form) 100 mg, L-Methionine (freeform) 66.7 mg, DL-Alpha-lipoic acid (thioctic acid) 33.3 mg.
