How to use

When using as a Health-Wellness-Car-e, apply a few drops on clean skin, prior to moisturizing. When using as a primer, apply a few drops on clean skin prior to moisturizer and makeup application. *For best results, allow Smooth to absorb completely before applying makeup or moisturizer.
