Recommended dose
Adults take 3 capsules 1 to 2 times per day.
Cautions
If you are pregnant, do not use this product. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding, are taking cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, or blood pressure medication. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
