A non-addictive, mild anxiolytic, anti-stress sedative
Nervines are herbs that specifically help to support the nervous system. One of the most commonly used nervine herb is Eschscholzia californica, popularly known as California poppy.
The California poppy monograph published by Health Canada refers to the herb as a natural ingredient to be used as a mild sedative and analgesic (pain reliever). A study carried out in France concluded that there is a complementary effect of California poppy and Hawthorn berry; the study found that nervousness modifies cardiac rhythm which can then be controlled by a good Hawthorn berry source.

Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate.
Capsule shell: hypromellose (vegan gelatin).

GMO ingredients, dairy, egg, gluten, wheat, corn, soy, yeast, nuts, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, colors or flavors.
Recommended dose
Adults take 2 capsules 1 to 2 times per day or as advised by a health care practitioner.
Cautions
Do not use if you are pregnant. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia), if you are breastfeeding or if you are taking cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, or blood pressure medication. Consumption with alcohol is not recommended. Consumption with other medications or natural health products with sedative and/or analgesic properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or when involved in activities requiring high mental alertness.
Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Keep sealed, store in a cool, dry place at 15–25ºC.
