A revered herb in two pharmacopoeias: TCM & Ayurveda, Gotu Kola is considered “the herb of enlightenment” as it promotes mental calm and clarity and is often utilized in yoga and meditation practices.
Gotu Kola is believed to slow the aging process and is also used to help in treatment of insomnia, stress, nervousness, emotional situations and memory loss.

Does not contain
GMO ingredients, dairy, egg, gluten, wheat, soy, corn, yeast, nuts, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, colors or flavors.
Recommended dose
Adults take 2 capsules 3 times per day or as advised by a health care practitioner. Due to its wide-ranging properties, it can be taken by all adults based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory as derived from the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China or as advised by a TCM specialist.
Cautions
Do not use if you are pregnant breastfeeding or allergic to plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking prescription medications or if you have a liver disorder. Consumption of alcohol, other medication or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness and/or stomach or abdominal pain occurs as they may be symptoms of liver disease.
Do not use it if the seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Keep sealed, and store in a cool, dry place at 15–25ºC.
