Suggested Dose
(Adults) As a factor in the maintenance of good health, add 1 scoop (47.6 g) of VegEssential All in One into 350-400 ml of the beverage of your choice. Consume once daily. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner.

Cautions
Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have a liver disorder, iron deficiency or diabetes. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Stop use and consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite.
