Suggested Dose (Adults)
As a factor in the maintenance of good health, take 1 tablet with breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a total of 3 tablets per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a liver disorder or are taking blood thinners or sulfonamides. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.
