I used to love all Canprev products till i found out that they had falsely sold their Mag Bis-glycinate as being Mag Bis but it in fact had a lot of mag oxide in it (and still does). Mag oxide is not healthy for the body and also not bio available at all, even now they don't disclose how much oxide is in their product so i can no longer trust this company or any of their products. Luckily they were found out and busted so they had to come clean but if they weren't i am sure they never would have.

Another great company providing a solid product. I like how it provides a decent amount of magnesium in one capsule. I take extra magnesium as most don't get enough and because of it's role in preventing high blood pressure, osteoporosis, improving mental health, reducing the risk for diabetes and insulin resistance.
