Culinary Uses
With their crunchy texture and delicate taste, hazelnuts are great in nut and fruit mixes. Their slightly bitter taste makes the perfect match for sweet and chocolaty recipes. You can also chop them up and add them to your salads, main dishes and soups.
Coarsely chop them up and use them as a salad or soup topping. Pop them in the oven at 325°C with a touch of oil and sea salt for about 15 minutes to turn them into an easy and tasty salty snack.
Preservation
Can be preserved in a cool, dry cupboard, protected from light and humidity for up to 12 months.
