KSM-66 Ashwagandha
KSM-66 is the highest concentrated, full-spectrum Ashwagandha root extract. Using Ayurvedic traditions, the root is pre-treated with BSE-TSE free cow’s milk. How To Use
Recommended Adult Dosage: Adults 19 years and older: 1 capsule 3 times per day. Avoid taking before bedtime. Use for a minimum of 8 weeks to see beneficial effect.
