Suggested Use
Take 1 serving of RIPPED FREAK (1 capsule) with 8 ounces of water 2 times daily, on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before you eat a meal. Take your first serving of RIPPED FREAK (1 capsule) first thing in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast and take your second serving (1 capsule) mid-afternoon. On workout days, take 1 serving (1 capsule) 30-60 minutes before your workout.
Warnings
To assess your individual tolerance, start by taking only 1 capsule daily, first thing in the morning and NEVER exceed recommended dosage. Drink at least ten 8-ounce glasses of water daily.
