Pea Protein Concentrate, Brown Rice Protein Concentrate, Natural Flavors, Salt, Stevia Extract
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare 1/2 cup of your preferred oatmeal according to its instructions. We recommend avoiding instant (60-second) catmeal for texture reasons. Do not add Protein 40ats to oats before cooking.
Step 2: After your oatmeal is cooked to your liking, stir in 1 serving of Protein40ats powder.
Step 3: Continue stirring until Protein40ats powder is mixed thoroughly into the oatmeal.
