Recommended Use
Mix or shake 30 g (~1 scoop) of DIESEL in 125 ml (1/2 cup) of water or your favourite beverage. Adjust the amount of liquid to suit taste. DIESEL mixes so easily, you can just use a fork, or you can use a shaker cup or a blender. For best mixing results, add liquid before powder. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise.
