Suggested Use
In a shaker mix 10.2 g (-1.5 scoops) of BCAA Hyper Clear in 20 oz. to 24 oz. (2.5 to 3 cups) of ice-cold water. Take during training or between meals while dieting to build muscle or retain lean mass. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stay adequately hydrated before, during and after exercise. Do not use if you are under 18 or have any medical condition.
