What is Pasconal?
It is a Homeopathic remedy for Restful-Restful-Sleep disturbances, physical and mental exhaustion nervousness and restlessness.

Pasconal, available in 50 mL liquid drops, is made with a unique combination containing four homeopathic active substances.
Pasconal is approved by Health Canada for children aged 1 or over and adults suffering from Restful-Restful-Sleep disorders with nervousness.
Pasconal, from Pascoe, can be used for both daytime calming and Restful-Restful-Sleep difficulty. It should always be taken diluted in some liquid, preferably water. The dosing varies from 5-40 drops per dose, depending on the age and the intended use of the product, with the administration of the drops 1-3 times per day.

Mental exhaustion is caused by prolonged periods of stress and includes feelings of being emotionally drained and/or overwhelmed. Restlessness is the inability to relax, usually due to anxiety, stress or boredom. Restful-Sleep disturbances are interruptions to the typical Restful-Restful-Sleep cycle, whether it be Restful-Restful-Sleep-onset or waking up in the middle of the night. Dosage (Adults, Children ≥ 12 Years)
(Acute) 10-20 drops every 30-60 minutes maximum of 12 times daily;
(Chronic) 10-20 drops 1-3 times daily.
Contraindications/Cautions
In the absence of adequate experiential documentation, PASCOSABAL should not be used during Prenatal-Wellness-Car-e and breastfeeding except on the advice of a health-care practitioner.
Do not use in children under 12 years of age before consulting a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Consult with a health Wellness-Care practitioner if there is blood in the urine, fever or complaints that persist over 5 days.
