Melatonin is produced naturally in the body, but becomes drained with age, stress, dietary conditions and more.
If melatonin levels are low, this results in lower sleep quality, meaning we not only need more time to fall asleep but the quality of our sleep is affected as well. The result is overall fatigue, lower energy levels and a depressed immune system.
Melatonin helps to aid the sleep cycle by restoring our circadian rhythm, reducing the amount of time needed to fall asleep. It also supports healthy energy levels by improving our overall sleep quality, leaving the body more energized, invigorated and alert.
RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE: Helps increase the total sleep time in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule, e.g. shift-work and jet lag. Helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people with delayed sleep phase syndrome. Helps to re-set the body’s sleep wake cycle. Helps to relieve the daytime fatigue associated with jet lag.

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:Mannitol, Sorbitol, Silica, Magnesium Stearate, Natural Peppermint Flavour, Xylitol, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid, Maltodextrin.
RECOMMENDED DOSE – (SUBLINGUAL) ADULTS ONLY:
Take 1 tablet under the tongue until dissolved, once daily at or before bedtime.
DURATION OF USE: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
CAUTIONS: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, depression and/or hypertension; or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative / hypnotic medications. If symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult your health care practitioner. Do not use if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
