In 1987, Dr Michael Pariza, PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison identified CLA extract as the reason beef appeared to be anti-carcinogenic. With this identification came a surge of scientific studies and research on how CLA affects body mass, as well as other beneficial effects on human health. Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring derivative of linoleic acid, an omega-6 essential fatty acid. Produced from premium non-GMO safflower oil, Organika®’s 1000 mg CLA Softgel Capsules boasts a higher than average potency (up to 95%) and help support a reduction in fat mass when incorporated into a program of reduced caloric intake and increased physical activity.
Research has proven that CLA improves insulin levels by moderately reducing blood glucose and triglyceride levels. Dietary sources of CLA include beef and dairy products. To achieve the benefits of 600 mg of CLA from diet alone, a large number of calories would need to be ingested which would offset the intended advantage; therefore, it is beneficial to take CLA as a supplement.
RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE: May help to support: a modest reduction in fat mass and a modest improvement to body composition when used with a program of reduced intake of dietary calories and increased physical activity.

Take 2 softgel capsules 2 times per day with meals.
