Certified Organic Cacao Butter (Theobroma cacao).
Internal Use Add 1-3 teaspoons of Organic Traditions Cacao butter to smoothies, cacao drinks, raw superfood desserts and all other chocolate treats. If not using a blender, you may need to melt the cacao butter prior to use. Make your own artisanal chocolate bars using other Organic Traditions superfoods such as Maca X-6, Goji berries, Aronia berries, Maqui powder and Vanilla powder. Combine Organic Traditions Cacao powder, Cacao butter and Cacao paste at roughly equal ratios to achieve the desired consistency and thickness and slowly melt under low temperatures. Add any Organic Traditions superfoods of your choice and an Organic Traditions sweetener such as Organic Traditions Yacon Syrup or Coconut Palm Sugar, spices and pink Himalayan salt. Place into a mold or an ice cube tray and refrigerate until solid. External Use With its incredible emollient properties, use the butter as a beauty treatment. Rub a small piece of butter in the palm of your hand and apply to the skin or slowly melt the butter in a sauce pan. Use as is or add essential oils of your choice. Cacao butter is the most incredible moisturizer, lip balm, cuticle cream, stretch mark and cellulite aid, hair and scalp treatment, sensual edible massage oil and aromatic bath oil.

I made homemade chocolate bars with this and used only a touch of maple syrup and no sugar - they were great - this cocoa butter gives them a rich flavour
Although I'm not particularly fond of the acidity level of this cocoa butter, because it's bitter like true dark chocolate, it does make a really good raw chocolate truffle. I will also be using it for making my homemade body butter, which I'm certain it will be a wonderful ingredient for. The previous brand I've been using smells like chocolate and isn't bitter smelling, but I'm concerned about the source of it, since it's not organic.
